I was extremely skeptical about seeing a therapist after a zoom call and 2 one to one sessions My skepticism proved unfounded.Evolve with Debbie Glen really helped me to elucidate and articulate the origins of deeply embedded patterns of negative and self defeating thinking which proved essential in enabling her to then work with me to develop practical strategies for loosening their grip. She is patient and compassionate while being proactive and constructively challenging when she needs to be. I found this combination of empathy and robust testing of my negative perceptions immensely helpful. Would highly recommend Evolve with Debbie glen

After living with a rather sever phobia and other mental health issues, I came to Debbie with little hope. However I found her very helpful. I’ve seen quite a few therapists in my time but she was very genuine and I can truly say has helped me more than anyone else. Highly recommend! I emailed her in desperation when I was at my lowest and she immediately replied, and over zoom calls was able to improve my life within weeks.

I’m so lucky to have Debbie work with me. I was diagnosed with fibromyalgia and anxiety 1 year ago. I found Debbie for help and I haven’t looked back since.
